Note: These are the steps taken for any order cancellations:
1. Email us, asking to cancel (the sooner you do this after ordering, the more likely we will be able to cancel the order before it ships). Reply to the order confirmation email or include your order number in the subject field. 
2. We will get back to you as soon as we can, to let you know if the order is cancelable or not.
3. If it is possible to cancel, your order will then be cancelled and your money returned.
4. If it was not possible to cancel before the order was shipped, it will arrive to you and you will need to specifically ask for a refund and return at that point. Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis.

N.b. Orders will definitely not be cancellable if you email us more than 12 hours after your original order is placed.
