Shipping policy
Shipping
Products are shipped from our warehouse in China. Shipping takes 7-21 days depending on your geography (usually 7-10 days).
Orders are shipped DDP (Duties Paid) but we cannot guarantee for all destinations that local fees or customs charges will not be charged to the receiver. We do not have full control over the entire shipping chain. However we aim to do everything we can to ensure shipments arrive safely and in the shipping time specified. Warranty, Return and Exchange Policy
Wholegrain Cycles offer a 1 year warranty on all its products from manufacturing defects.
Unused products purchased directly from Wholegrain Cycles may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The product/s must be unused and in excellent condition. Returns are accepted 30days from the date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless of course there was an error by us. Partial returns cannot be accepted. Returns not bought directly from us should be taken up with the shop/website/dealer you bought them from.
