International Orders.
International orders may be subject to customs/duties charges. WholeGrain Cycles is not responsible for customs/duties charges and these costs are determined by your local customs office. We cannot determine these fees in advance. We hope to provide a guidance in the future here based on customers feed back.
Warranty, Return and Exchange Policy
WholeGrain Cycles offer a 1 year warranty on all its products from manufacturing defects.
Unused products purchased directly from WholeGrain Cycles may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The product/s must be unused and in excellent condition. Returns are accepted 30days from the date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless of course there was an error by us. Partial returns cannot be accepted. Returns not bought directly from us should be taken up with the shop/website/dealer you bought them from.
