Refund policy

WholeGrain Cycles offer a 1 year warranty on all its products from manufacturing defects.

Unused products purchased directly from WholeGrain Cycles may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Returns are accepted 30days from the date of purchase. The product/s must be unused and in excellent condition. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless of course there was an error by us. Partial returns cannot be accepted. Products bought at a discount cannot be returned. Returns not bought directly from us should be taken up with the shop/website/dealer you bought them from.
